1. Age Restriction & Legal Compliance
Minimum Age: To use ThaiXo, you must be of legal age as per your country’s laws.
Country Specifics: For users in Thailand, the minimum age is 20+, and for users in India, the minimum age is 18+.
Verification: By clicking “I Agree,” you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement of your region.
2. Data Privacy & Collection
We are committed to protecting your personal information. Here is how we handle your data:
Information We Collect: We collect your Name, Gender, Profile Photos, and Email/Phone Number for account verification and profile creation.
Usage Data: We collect app interaction data (like following/follower lists) to improve your social experience.
Data Protection: All your personal data and passwords are encrypted and stored on secure servers.
Third-Party Sharing: We never sell or rent your personal data to third-party advertisers or external companies for marketing purposes.
Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and personal data at any time through the app settings.
3. Community Interaction & Following
Networking: Users can follow Creators, and Creators can follow users back.
Respectful Conduct: Users must behave respectfully. Harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior will lead to an immediate ban.
4. Coin System & Virtual Currency
Message Cost: 1 Coin will be deducted for every 10 characters typed in a message.
Video Calls: Coins will be deducted for video calls based on duration.
Purchasing: Only Users need to buy coins. Creators are not required to purchase coins.
Refunds: Coins are non-refundable once purchased or used.
5. Safety & Content Rules (Zero Tolerance)
Prohibited Content: Sharing or showing Nudity, Adult Content, or Alternative/Objectionable videos on video calls or chats is strictly prohibited.
Blocking & Reporting: If any User or Creator behaves inappropriately, you can Block or Report them. We take strict action on every report.
6. Financial Responsibility & Disclaimer
Warning: Never share your Password, Bank Details, or Credit/Debit Card info with anyone on the app.
User Responsibility: If you choose to send money or share bank details with another user/creator, you are 100% responsible.
Liability: ThaiXo is not liable for any financial loss, fraud, or misuse of details shared voluntarily by the user.
7. Child Safety Policy
Thaixo has a zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Any user found creating, sharing, or promoting such content will be permanently banned immediately and reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
